Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective date: 2026-08-09

You may not use Epic Cloudflare OS, the kit, or any hosted instance to:

1. Scam, phish, or defraud any person or business

2. Run investment / crypto / “guaranteed returns” schemes

3. Impersonate Epic Tech AI, Stripe, banks, or other users

4. Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits

5. Attack, scan, or disrupt systems without authorization

6. Harvest personal data without lawful basis

7. Violate export controls, sanctions, or local criminal law

8. Circumvent billing, entitlements, or rate limits

9. Share private kit credentials publicly

10. Abuse AI features to produce CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent crimes facilitation

11. Use Seedance / AI video to deepfake real people for fraud, defamation, non-consensual intimate imagery, political impersonation scams, or any illegal deception

12. Attempt to bypass prepaid credits, debit checks, rate limits, or safety filters for media generation

13. Upload or request generation of content that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights without authorization

AI media: Generations via Cloudflare AI / ByteDance Seedance are subject to this AUP and applicable provider policies. Credits may be forfeited on material AUP violations.

Enforcement: warning, suspension, ban, forfeiture of fees where allowed, and report to Stripe / law enforcement when required.
